What You’ll Do:

4. Support technical troubleshooting and ensure code compliance
5. Coordinate inventory, procurement, and vendor relations

What You Bring:

1. 5+ years in plumbing service, 2+ in a leadership role
2. Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred
3. Strong leadership, communication, and tech skills
4. Valid driver’s license and clean record

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
2. 5+ years in operations management in mechanical contracting or construction
3. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
4. Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)
